Port Harcourt To deter #BokoHaram and other jihadist groups in Nigeria—and to stop their massacres of Christians and threats against moderate Muslims— I advise the #Trump administration to establish an emergency base in #PortHarcourt, the main port city of the #Biafra region. Such a move would enable the rapid deployment of international humanitarian aid, particularly assistance from American churches. President @realDonaldTrump has issued two strong statements condemning the jihadist attacks on Nigerian Christian communities and has directed the Secretary of War to prepare contingency plans for the “protection of communities” in Nigeria, should the federal government fail to stop the jihadists—as has been the case for years in northern and central Nigeria. In the meantime, targeted strikes against jihadist forces could also be considered. @POTUS @VP @SecRubio @SecWar @SpeakerJohnson @ODNIgov @CIADirector @USAfricaCommand @envoy

The latest threat by U.S. President Donald Trump @POTUS to launch military action in Nigeria, allegedly to protect Christians, may sound appealing to some. Still, history has shown this to be perilous. Whether you are Christian, Muslim, animist, or non-religious, no one should celebrate such rhetoric. The United States and its allies have a long record of military interventions that leave nations more unstable than before. They failed to secure peace in Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, or Syria, and they won’t bring salvation to Nigeria through bombs or boots on the ground. What Nigeria truly needs is not a foreign savior, but legitimate, accountable leadership, one that protects all citizens, upholds justice, and ends the cycles of corruption and violence that have left the nation broken. @realDonaldTrump does not care about Nigerians not Christians, Muslims, or anyone else. Our deliverance will never come from abroad; it must come from within, through real leadership (not the Tinubus of this world) and national renewal. #RevolutionNow

REAL TALK - IS TRUMP FUCKING HIGH RN?! Nigeria is the most populated country in Africa with 237 MILLION people. Also its 45% Christian. That’s 106 million Christian’s. The GofN has been fighting a counter insurgency against Islamic terrorists for DECADES. Nigerian Moslems murdered/kidnapped/attacked disproportionately in the north which is why we were helping them stop Boko Haram. GET THIS DEMENTED OLD FOOL OFF THE ADDERAL & OFF SOCIAL MEDIA.

To the Government of Nigeria & @officialABAT : President Trump has provided forewarning if you do not correct the current state of inaction to stop the killing of our brothers and sisters in Christ in your country. The days of the US looking the other way are over - it will never happen on @POTUS ’ watch. I urge you to cooperate with us in preventing this atrocity that worsens everyday. We want your people to live in peace - all of them, especially Christians. The President has been clear. I would not test his resolve. Many have tried and all have failed. We will not allow the gates of hell to prevail against the faithful.

Today Trump threatens Muslim terrorists in Nigeria that USA may kill them, if the Nigerian govt refuses to. Today’s presidential announcement was intense. How should Christians view it? We should think it’s good when government kills murderers. Genesis 9, Romans 13.

Isn’t it a little suspicious that ALL of the countries Trump wants us to go to war with are oil rich? Iran, Venezuela, now Nigeria.

BREAKING: President Trump just threatened to send troops to Nigeria with high powered guns to take on the Islamists who are massacring Christians unless the Nigerian Government ends the killing of Christians. He has ordered the @DeptofWar to prepare for action! Thank you!

Trump & his ilk want a religious civil war in Nigeria. He doesn’t care about Nigerians. People wake up - Nigerian Christians & Muslims share the same enemy - it’s not a religious war - it’s religious violence against Christians AND Muslims. But it’s Christian Genocide trending. Trump is exploiting Nigeria with half-truths in order to push the West geopolitical narrative that ‘Islam is the Enemy and Muslims are terrorists’. It’s bullshit. The corrupt & inept Nigerian govt is responsible & should be accountable for the ongoing persecutions, killings & displacement of Nigerians by Boko Haram, ISWAP & other militant groups.
